We exclusively use QuickBooks Online (QBO) for all our clients’ bookkeeping and Hubdoc for seamless receipt management.
Not on QBO yet? No worries! We’ll set you up or migrate your records over—free of charge when you sign up for one of our monthly packages (an $850+ value).

For clients in our Grow or Bloom packages:
We work on your books weekly. With all documents and information provided, we aim to complete your bookkeeping (including sales tax returns) by the 15th of each month. Reports will be sent to you between the 15th and 25th, and we can meet to review them if needed.For Blossom package clients:
We manage your books on a bi-weekly basis. With everything in place, bookkeeping is typically done by the 20th of each month, and quarterly reports are shared between the 15th and 25th of the month following the quarter’s end. -
Unlimited support is part of the package! We’re here to answer any questions, whenever they arise—no surprise fees for extra hours. Reach out by email or book a call, and we’ll be glad to help.

Absolutely! Whether you’re a few months or a few years behind, we’ve got you covered. The time needed for catch-up depends on how far back we need to go and the condition of any existing records. Most catch-up work takes anywhere from one week to a couple of months.

We want you to feel happy and confident in working with us. You can cancel any time with a 30-day notice, so we can wrap up neatly and hand back a clean set of books. Please note that we don’t offer refunds.

Yes! Payroll is included in our Grow package. We’ll run payroll on your schedule (bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly) through QBO Payroll with direct deposit, and we’ll also remit payroll source deductions to CRA on your behalf. Reliable and hassle-free!

While it’s not part of our standard packages, we do offer monthly invoicing and accounts receivable management as an add-on to any regular package. Just let us know if you’re interested!

With our Grow and Bloom packages, we handle your sales and payroll taxes, but we currently don’t file income taxes (neither corporate nor personal). That said, we’ll package up all year-end documents to keep your accountant’s job easy.
If you don’t have an accountant, we’ve got connections with some incredible CPAs we’d be happy to recommend.
And if you need an accountant but aren’t sure where to look, we’ve got connections! We’re partnered up with a couple of CPAs to whom we’re always happy to refer our clients.
